About the venue.

The Hen House Rehearsal Studios is tucked away in a beautiful warehouse in Osborne Park. We have excellent parking and can accomodate up to 80 people. Our space is only 6km from the Perth CBD and right next to Glendalough train station.

Here are a few reasons why we think you will love our space;

  • You can organise and supply your own catering and beverages.
  • Excellent privacy as we situated in an Industrial area.
  • No noise restrictions.
  • Excellent sound system already in place, so no need to organise PA or DJ. Simply plug in your Iphone, Ipad or Laptop.

  • Flexible around event times.
  • Free use of our BBQ, Ice buckets, fridge and trestle table.

Price + Time

A standard event is simply $1000 + GST.

Events are typically from 6pm to 1am.

We keep one room free for you to drop off supplies through out the day.
